・K.G.キャンベル：ケニアで生まれ、スコットランドで育つ。エディンバラ大学で美術史を学び、いくつかの職を経験した後、物語や絵を描く仕事を始め、絵本作家、イラストレーターとして活躍。『レスターのひどいセーター』(未邦訳)でエズラ・ジャック・キーツ賞新人賞を受賞。南カルフォルニア在住。
